For Candidates:

• Right-to-work information where legally required
• Information provided to support reasonable adjustments where applicable

For Clients:

• Contact details and company information
• Recruitment requirements and role details
• Communications, agreements and records of services provided

Website Visitors:

• Basic analytics data (non-identifiable where possible)
• Contact form submissions

We only collect information that is relevant and necessary for providing recruitment services.

How we use your personal data

We process personal data to:

How long we keep your data

We retain:

• Candidate data for up to 2 years unless you request deletion sooner
• Client data for up to 6 years where required for accounting, legal or business purposes

Data is securely deleted when it is no longer required.
