I’m Caroline Salt, founder of Caroline Salt Recruitment Ltd, and I’ve spent over 25 years helping people and businesses find the right fit, not just on paper, but in real life. That means understanding what makes someone thrive in a role, not just whether they tick the boxes. It’s about personalities, values, team dynamics, and long-term potential. I care deeply about the human side of recruitment because when it’s done right, it changes lives. I’m dedicated to providing a personal, people-focused recruitment service rooted in honesty, care, and integrity.
When you get in touch, you’ll hear, “Hi, it’s Caroline!” because I want you to feel welcomed from our very first conversation. I’m a genuine person who cares deeply about helping others and I’m passionate about building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Recruitment, for me, isn’t just about filling vacancies. It’s about matching the right people with the right opportunities, helping businesses grow, and supporting candidates to find roles that make them feel fulfilled. I focus on long-term success, not quick wins, and I bring warmth, humour, and clarity to every interaction.
Outside of work, I’m an active volunteer with Reaching CIC, a Stoke-on-Trent charity dedicated to combating social isolation and supporting vulnerable adults. Giving back to the community is as important to me as my professional work.
